mir.md is an online payment platform operated by INGA MORARU AI (Antreprenor Independent), enabling secure payment for services offered by affiliated projects (course platforms, subscriptions, and other online services). This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, including Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce and Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection. We reserve the right to amend these Terms; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
By using the site, you agree to the collection and processing of data required to process your order (name, email, phone), in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
Payment is made online, by bank card, through PayNet Moldova, using the 3-D Secure security standard. mir.md does not collect or store your card data — it is entered directly on the payment processor's secure page. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is validated.
Access to the purchased package/service is granted by the affiliated project (e.g. a course platform) immediately after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. If there is a delay, contact the relevant project's support or [email protected].
Refund requests are reviewed individually, depending on the policy of the project/service the payment was made for. To request a refund, first contact the affiliated project; if you receive no response, write to us at [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the card used for payment.
