Data is used exclusively for: payment processing, transaction confirmation, technical support, and legal obligations. We do not sell, transfer, or use your data for advertising purposes.

Payments are processed by PayNet Moldova. These providers have their own privacy policies compliant with banking regulations in the Republic of Moldova.
Transaction data is retained for 5 years per Moldovan tax law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].
Under Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to: be informed, access your data, intervene on your data (rectification, update, blocking, erasure, as applicable), and object to processing.
